By accessing and using Veriden's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Use of Service

Veriden provides identity verification and compliance APIs for regulated finance. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

3. API Key and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

5. Rate Limits and Usage

Your API usage is subject to the limits of your chosen plan. Exceeding these limits may result in temporary suspension of service until the next billing period or plan upgrade.

6. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data to third parties.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive for 99.9% uptime (Starter) and 99.99% uptime (Growth and Enterprise). Service credits may be issued for downtime beyond these thresholds.

8. Limitation of Liability

Veriden shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
